Thomas A. Rizk

Mr. Rizk serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Tract Manager, Inc., the recognized leader in providing technology-based contract management solutions. Through the company's MediTract division, TractManager serves more than 25 percent of the hospitals in the U.S. TractManager's PropertyTract division serves commercial and residential property owners and managers. The company also serves business in the long term care, utility, outpatient renal dialysis, payer (PPO, TPA, HMO), ambulatory surgery center and pharmaceutical markets. Mr. Rizk was chief executive officer and a director of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based in Cranford, N.J.

In his tenure, Mr. Rizk built Cali into a leading super-regional REIT where he led the company through its highly successful initial public offering in 1994. He was responsible for establishing Cali's position as one of the fastest-growing publicly traded REITs in the U.S. At the time of his retirement in April of 1999, Mack-Cali had a total capitalization of more than $3 billion. Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Mr. Rizk was vice president and general counsel at Dubnoff & Koch, a New Jersey-based real estate development firm. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Rizk specialized in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate law. Mr. Rizk also spent a number of years in the cable television industry, conducting mergers and acquisitions work during a period of transition and deregulation.

Mr. Rizk received his B.A. degree in business administration from Rutgers University, his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law, and his L.L.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law.

James D. Pearson

Mr. Pearson is a managing member of US Cable of Coastal-Texas, L.P., a cable television partnership between the principals of US Cable (51 percent) and Comcast (49 percent). The partnership serves 90,000 subscribers. Mr. Pearson is also the managing member of US Cable of Paramus, a partnership offering cable television and a high-speed wireless Internet service named Warp Drive in Bergen County, N.J. He is a board member of The National Cable and Telecommunications Association, the industry trade association.

He is the chairman and a principal of Smart City Holdings, a holding company whose subsidiaries operate a Rural Independent Local Exchange Carrier serving Walt Disney World and a specialized CLEC serving the country's largest convention centers such as the Las Vegas, San Diego, and Orlando convention centers. Pearson joined US Cable in 1982 as chief financial officer, subsequently served as general manager of the company's cable television operations in Lake County, Ill., and in 1986 became the third principal of the group. He was appointed president and CEO in 1991. Mr. Pearson has served as a second vice president for the Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Company in Chicago as a lender to the media, communications and sports industries.

He holds a degree in commerce, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Indiana University. He is the proud father of four daughters.

Scott A. Jeffery

Robert A. Wilson

In addition to his role with the company, Mr. Wilson is managing partner for Wilson Associates located in Saddle Brook, N. J. Wilson Associates' primary area of business is real estate ownership and management. The firm's portfolio includes industrial, commercial, retail and residential properties. Prior to forming Wilson Associates, Mr. Wilson was a transaction specialist at Cushman and Wakefield of N.J., and is currently involved with numerous community outreach programs.

Ernie Liang
President

Prior to joining Classroom24-7, Mr. Liang was the president of an educational consulting company he founded that focused on providing tutoring, mentoring and guidance to college and graduate school bound students. In addition, he has extensive project management experience, product development expertise, and engineering training. Mr. Liang is also passionate about mixed martial arts and is a self-defense instructor in his spare time.

Mr. Liang received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tim O'Toole
Director of Business Development

Prior to this role at Classroom24-7, Mr. O'Toole was a Division One college basketball coach for 19 years working at such institutions as Fordham, West Point, Iona, Fairfield, Syracuse, Duke and Seton Hall. He rose from the ranks and became one of the youngest head coaches in Division One in 1998 and watched 96 percent of the young men he worked with graduate.

He was recognized by the state of Connecticut for implementing a reading program that reached more than 65,000 kids, designed to promote the importance of academics as well as athletics. He joined a boutique Investment Management Company, Look Capital, from 2006 to 2008, where he served as managing director. He teaches as an adjunct professor at Fordham's Graduate School of Business, where he has written a book and presents seminars on “Allied Effort” a philosophy on how to create, build, lead and sustain championship level teams. He also did studio work for SNY TV as a college basketball analyst and broadcasts games for ESPN U.

Mr. O'Toole received his B.A. from Fairfield University in economics/ political science and his M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University.

Heddy Vernon
Director of Operations

Heddy Vernon was previously the Executive Director of Operations at 352 Media Group, an award-winning web development company. She has also presented to hundreds of schools through Making it Count, a national outreach program focused on helping students transition into high school, college, and their career. Ms. Vernon brings valuable experience to the Classroom24-7 team including creating a technology hub in a Boston, MA community center and providing technical support and training for teachers. Ms. Vernon works with many local leaders and has served as a member of a number of advisory boards and outreach programs. In addition to her role with Classroom24-7, she is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Yopp! Inc., a non-profit she founded in 2008 which provides arts-focused educational opportunities and cultural events for youth.

Heddy Vernon graduated from University of Florida's College of Journalism in 1997 with a degree in Telecommunication Production. She has been fortunate to hold many positions which combine her love of technology, education and theater.
