Software Developer

This position will be imperative in the development of an internal LMS and other integral assets for our company. Duties will involve code analysis and implementation, application testing and system infrastructure documentation. The ideal candidate will have an active role throughout the development lifecycle and assist in designing project specifications and detailing logical coding flow charts. The candidate will work closely with members of the development team.

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Solid knowledge of HTML, PHP and Perl
• Database experience (primarily MySQL)
• Knowledge of C#, Javascript, Apache, Ajax, JSON, XML and LMS development beneficial
• Good eye for design and usability
• BS/MS Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Solid understanding of the software development process
• Ability to be self-guided, independent and resourceful
• Must possess attention to detail and time management skills.
• Stay current of technology trends and outlooks

Capture Specalist

As a Video Capture and Delivery Specialist, you will work in our Gainesville, FL office and be responsible for capturing the classroom experience for the Doctor of Pharmacy program offered through the University of Florida. We use state of the art digital capture systems that you will be trained to operate. You will also be responsible for creation of courses in our custom Learning Management System (LMS) for clients not necessarily affiliated with the University of Florida.

The ideal Video Capture and Delivery Specialists candidate meets the following requirements:

• Expertise in operating professional video cameras including PTZ remote cameras. Audio recording/capture operation skills are a plus. Video Capture and Delivery Specialist will be responsible for activities ranging from setup to recording, including multi-camera switching and wireless/wired microphone setups. These recordings are captured digitally via our capture solutions.
• Expertise in understanding the complex concepts of databases
• Ability to understand the general concepts of managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) including XML authoring/editing
• Understanding of the varied techniques in database designs related to Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
• Knowledge of video delivery over the internet and ability to apply them to projects
• Serves as a good communicator between current employees, clients and other business partners
